Why do landlords use a Property Manager?
Owners delegate their responsibilities of owning investment properties to a property management company to ensure the day-to-day management and compliance requirements are taken care of. By doing this the owner can step away and use their time for other purposes. The property management company can add value by operating to a more professional level.
